How we handle the information you submit through forms on this site. Short version: you opt in to be contacted, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

By using any form on this site, you give us permission to use the details you provide — name, email, phone, company, and anything you write in the message — to contact you through those same channels (email, phone, SMS) about your inquiry.
Automated and recurring messaging is disclosed up front.
If a form opts you into anything automated or recurring (newsletter, drip sequence, SMS reminders), it will say so on the form itself before you submit. We don't quietly enroll you. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Full stop. Your information is not a product. We don't trade, rent, or sell submissions to data brokers, marketers, or advertisers.
Limited sharing with the tools that run our business.
We use third-party services to operate (email delivery, form processing, analytics, CRM, payment processing). Your data may pass through those services strictly to deliver what you asked for. Each operates under its own privacy terms, and we choose providers we trust.
Retention.
We keep submission data as long as it's useful to the working relationship — active leads, open projects, and the historical record of work we've done together. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your right to access, correct, or delete.
Email privacy@workwithcoba.com and ask. We'll confirm what we have on file, fix anything wrong, and delete it on request. No hoops.
Cookies and analytics.
This site uses minimal first-party analytics — page views, referrers, and basic on-page behavior like how far you scroll, how long a page is open, and clicks on links and buttons. Anonymous visitors are counted with a daily-rotating hash; your raw IP address and browser details are never stored — though we do record your country (derived from that IP, which itself is not kept) to see roughly where visitors come from. For forms, our analytics record only that a form was started or submitted — never what you type into the fields. (The information you actually submit through a form is covered by the opt-in above and goes to our CRM, not our analytics.) Accepting the banner sets a first-party cookie so we can count returning visits; declining keeps the anonymous count only. Global Privacy Control is honored as a decline. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels.
Security.
Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in services with industry-standard encryption at rest. No system is unbreakable, but we don't take shortcuts.
Children.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone in that age range.
Changes to this policy.
If we change anything material, we'll update the date below and (where reasonable) note the change on the site itself. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms.
