Our name stands for Christ's Organized Body in Action, and we mean it. That conviction holds our craft, our honesty, and our client relationships to a higher standard than the industry requires. We don't ship half-finished work, and we don't take on work we can't do well.

Traditional hiring rewards tenure over ownership. Our mission is the opposite: moving people out of the employee seat and into ownership of their work as operators.
